About Dr Paramjit Jeetley

Dr Paramjit Jeetley is a Consultant Cardiologist based in North London. He is a full-time NHS consultant at the Royal Free Hospital and sees patients privately at the Royal Free Private Practice Unit and at the Hospital of St John’s and St Elizabeth.

His practice encompasses all areas of general cardiology but he has special interests in cardiac imaging and heart failure. He also has expertise in managing cardiac conditions in patients with advanced renal disease.

He is highly experienced in the areas of echocardiography and cardiac CT scanning performing both in his NHS and private practice.

He is heavily involved in medical education and is an Honorary Associate Clinical Professor at University College Hospital, London. He is joint lead for undergraduate teaching in cardiology at the Royal Free for UCL Medical School.

He has held a number of leadership positions and is the current Medical Director of the Royal Free Private Practice Unit. He was the Clinical Director of the Cardiology department at the Royal Free from 2016-2021.
